New generation water-based acrylic emulsion that penetrates the surface of concrete and masonry to create a water and oil repelling barrier. Dries to a hard clear finish which protects the surface and prevents the powdering and dusting of concrete. Sheen C-40 is ultra-violet resistant for exterior applications in direct sunlight and has excellent weather durabiliy and will not discolor when wet. Ideal for concrete, acid stained concrete, concrete pavers, flagstone, concrete with exposed aggregate, stucco, sandstone, Mexican Tile and grout. Breathable. No moisture blusing. UV resistant. VOC compliant. Tough and durable. Oil and stain repellent. Concrete (un-sealed) 300-500 square feet / gallon. Concrete (sealed) 1000-1500 square feet / gallon. Brick 250-500 square feet / gallon. Stucco 200-300 square feet / gallon. Packaging: 5 gl pails (Also available in 55 gl drums).
